Evolution Day Meets Thanksgiving Day (or the progress of the turkey ;)

This year Evolution Day (the anniversary of the public of "The Origin of Species" by Charles Darwin) falls on the same day as the US National Holiday of Thanksgiving, so it *only* seems right to take a nod at the turkey!

Celebrating Bones... from Día de Muertos to Çatalhöyük (~7500 BCE)

Bones... Danaan will be writing much more on this topic... but on these days, Nov. 1 and 2, as many people in our modern culture celebrate our individual and shared pasts we take a moment to recognize that honoring *our* bones has been important to our culture throughout time
